So far..so very good service. This is the first season we’ve used Jamie for automatic filling, but thus far I’m very impressed with service. In fact, Last night, after my burner crapped out, and “Josh” came out immediately and fixed the problem. With so many oil providers to choose from, it’s quality of service that differentiates them. I recommend considering Jamie for metrowest residents.
I’ve been a customer for 5 years and have been happy with them. I have the boiler serviced each fall and overall have had a good experience with them.
Having been a customer of Howie Oil for some 6 years, I just came into my office this morning to find our furnace had stopped working. I looked online to get the phone number to find that they had merged with Jamie Oil…so I’m now a customer of theirs and they have an excellent opportunity to impress out of the gate. Afterall it’s when things go wrong that you really really need good response:

Excellent! They are always very responsive when I have called with a question or advice. Their prices are fair and what I love is they truly care that you have a good customer experience. In fact, early one morning with only a half day notice, Jamie Oil’s Manager, Keith, drove out to my home to check something I was uncomfortable about to be sure everything they had done was fine. It was and he took time to show me why. They also put in a new furnace I needed and it was priced fairly and they did a good job installing. I recommend them highly.
I just got off the phone with Dennis McMenamy from Jaime Oil and honestly he was very upfront and very pleasant. I had some red flags that came up after reading reviews, but the ones who have an issue are the first to speak up not the ones who have had a great experience. Dennis cleared the air for me and I am confident on doing business with Jamie Oil.
I made an appt. for a tech to come and check some things. The day of the appt. we had a blizzard. I assumed they would call to re-schedule. Instead he came early during heavy snow and took care of the problem! Very impressive.
