Having been a customer of Howie Oil for some 6 years, I just came into my office this morning to find our furnace had stopped working. I looked online to get the phone number to find that they had merged with Jamie Oil…so I’m now a customer of theirs and they have an excellent opportunity to impress out of the gate. Afterall it’s when things go wrong that you really really need good response:

I’m pleased to say that they haven’t let me down, less than 45 minutes later Josh has turned up, fixed the problem (something was broken) and we’re back on our way to heat.
