We signed up for a free year of service contract with Jamie Oil after receiving their flyer in our mailbox when we first bought our house, and thank God that we did! It turns out we needed nearly everything in our furnace replaced over the past year, not to mention the people before us had somehow wired it all wrong. Jamie Oil is always extremely kind and respectful, they answer promptly, and send a service tech out to our house that same day. If it is on the weekend, there is a small charge but they are clear about this and ask if we prefer to wait. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, we often get the same technicians and at this point they know our furnace really well. We liked them so much we wasted no time in signing up for a second year. The technicians are friendly, and explain everything to us each time that they are here. I can’t say enough good things about this company, I could go on and on with examples of how great they have been to us.
