On December 22, I had a flat tire in front of Framingham State College. One of your oil truck drivers saw me stranded, turned around and offered to change my tire. It was a cold day, three days before Christmas and your driver came to my rescue. This young man refused to give me his name or accept money. I just want you to know that you have a fine gentleman working for your company. His act of kindness enabled me to get home safely in a very short time. I will always remember his thoughtfulness in my time of need.

It is hard for me to believe that you people can be as good as you are! To call on a Saturday morning before eight o'clock that you have no hot water AND to have the whole problem solved by 9:30AM is unbelievable! I sing your praises to all my friends and I have for years. You have never failed us and you knock yourselves out to give us the best service possible.

I wish to express my deepest gratitude for your concern when I called and explained my problem concerning my leaking oil tank. The arrangements you made with Bond-Tite and SMOC and someone at Tank Guard and everyone at your company involved in rectifying my situation, resulted in the replacement of the tank at no expence to me. I really don’t know how we would have managed without you. We had called our previously contracted oil company four hours before calling you, we had an inch of water in our basement, no heat in our house and the outside temperature was 20 degrees Fahrenheit. My sister was arriving with her baby that afternoon and the other oil company couldn’t tell us when they would be here…You arrived in 15 minutes after I called – found us a new furnace – had it installed by noon and even cleaned up the mess. If you’re going to have an experience like this – you want the best service available – and you have it!

I wanted to thank you for all your help in our recent crisis which was not only a Saturday but also apart of the New Year’s holiday weekend. Our bedroom heating pipes had frozen and subsequently burst leaving us in a very difficult situation. When Keith arrived he isolated the problem and went right to work trying to correct it. It would have been easy for him to shut down that zone and leave the work till the following week, especially as day turned into night and his daughter Jamie was with him. Fortunately for my family and me he chose to stay with the problem until it was solved. As you know, there are many companies that sell heating oil but the true test of a companies commitment to its customer is in the time of crisis and Jamie Oil has come through for us.
